For today’s message, I’m right in the heart of Smyrna at the Smyrna Market Village. Maybe you’re already familiar with it, but if you’ve never taken a stroll through this area, there’s a lot to see, so I’d like to be your guide today.  

 

Located in the village, you’ll find a community center with basketball courts, a swimming pool, and a full gym, as well as a library next door. 

 

One amenity of the area that is sure to be a hit with your kids is the duck pond. My daughter absolutely loves when we come here to feed the ducks and fish as a family. A dock juts out from the bank so you and your kids can walk out, see the fish swimming below, and play around with the ducks a little as well.

On the main strip of the village, attractions more geared toward adults are aplenty; restaurants, coffee shops, a wine store, and more all line the pathway along this main drag.
